Egg Noodles with Onions and Tomatoes Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 onion (sliced into strips)
  • 5 green onions (sliced thinly)
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced into wedges)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced thinly)
  • 4 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Egg noodle cakes
  • Salt to taste
Preparation

Pour the water into a pan. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and spices, and cook for 5-6 minutes. Once it starts to boil, add the noodles. Cook until the noodles are done, then stir in the green onions. Serve hot. Enjoy!
