Egg Noodles with Sucuk and Eggs Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bowl sucuk (diced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 Nudo Egg Noodles cakes
Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the diced sucuk lightly, then add the spices. In a separate pot, cook the noodles for about 5 minutes. Make a space in the middle of the pan, add the butter, and pour in the beaten eggs. Stir and cook until the eggs are done. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
